An invitation to beta test ClassrooomConnection 2011-12!
ClassroomConnectiontm is looking for schools to participate in phase 2 of it's beta testing for the 2011-12 school year. If you are associated with a school that might be interested in participating please fill out the form below to request to be included.
This service is designed to provide a comprehensive utility that will ultimately make the technology available to large-budget schools into the 21st Century accessible to smaller schools with less state-supported funding. It is being designed so that all client schools and churches completely control the look and feel of their site.
Software that is in the "beta" stage means the following:- Most of the software has been developed although some features are still being worked on.
- Phase 1 of the beta testing focused on intense use by one school and church. Phase 2 will focus on ensuring that the site is functioning well with multiple school communities.
- There may be still be some issues with the appearance or functionality of the product.
- There may be some changes in the appearance or functionality made as a result of comments made by those who use it during the "beta" stage.
- The ability to use the software in a nearly complete phase at a fraction of its retail cost.
- The opportunity to directly contribute to its development, thereby having a product available that "works for you" to the degree that you offered suggestions during this stage.
Given that the site is still under some degree of development, it is possible that there may occassionally be an inconvenience related to this. Please note that this will in no way affect the security or stability of your data or the files used and/or stored on the site!

"It is nice to finally have a system that is a one stop shop and can all be done online. In the past, I could only enter my grades and update my website while at school; however, now I can do it all from home. It is nice to have the ability to work from home after a long day and/or check a student's grade at home so you can respond to a parent's email. I also love that I no longer have to hit save and walk away for a half an hour and come back to find that my website is still not finished updating. I am looking forward to using the report card utility as well. The report card utility will take the grades I have entered and automatically enter them into the report card at the end of the quarter, now I don't have to do double the work!"
